Words Eclectic (WE) Publishing values transparency and care in all transactions. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and pre-orders are handled for products and services offered through our website.
Refund Policy Summary (Checkout Notice)
All sales are final. Due to the nature of published and digital materials, refunds are not offered on digital products, publications, practitioner resources, frameworks, pre-orders, or limited edition items.
Refunds for physical items are only available for damaged or defective products reported within 7 days of delivery.
By completing your purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products—including e-books, PDFs, downloadable publications, practitioner texts, digital resources, and frameworks—are final and non-refundable.
Once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, refunds cannot be issued.
Physical Products
For physical products (such as printed books or merchandise), refunds or replacements may be offered only under the following conditions:

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Items
All pre-orders and limited edition items—including signed copies, early-release publications, special print runs, or exclusive materials—are non-refundable.
Because these items are produced in limited quantities or printed on a scheduled basis, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once placed.
Estimated release or delivery dates are provided for planning purposes and may change. Updates will be communicated via email when applicable.
Programs, Frameworks & Professional Resources
Purchases related to publishing frameworks, practitioner resources, professional texts, studio designs, or program-related materials are non-refundable due to the nature of intellectual property access and professional use.
Events, Talks & Engagements
All sales related to event tickets, talks, workshops, or engagements are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
If an event is canceled by Words Eclectic (WE) Publishing, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
Booking Fees & Deposits
Deposits or payments made to secure Poet Talks & Engagements, publications, or collaborative work are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
Platform & Payment Processing (Wix)
Words Eclectic (WE) Publishing processes all purchases through the Wix.com platform. Payment processing, transaction records, and refund handling are managed through Wix and its approved payment providers.
Approved refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original form of payment in accordance with Wix processing timelines and payment provider policies. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions & Discretion
Words Eclectic (WE) Publishing reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in rare or exceptional circumstances.
